                            JUDGMENT

The writ petition was filed seeking a direction to

the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner

w.e.f 01/06/2011. On 30/08/2016, this Court had passed an

interim direction to reconsider the issue regarding grant of

approval with reference to Ext.P4 circular and the effective

strength of the pupils in the school as determined in the

staff fixation orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that pursuant to the interim direction, orders have been

passed.

Without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to

challenge the said order, if aggrieved, or to seek further

directions in the light thereof, this writ petition is

closed.
