                            JUDGMENT

Through a separate order in I.A.No.1/2024 in

W.P(C)No.32597/2023, the time frame for

compliance with the directions in the judgment

of this Court dated 12.10.2023, has been

extended for a period of four months from

28.03.2024.

In the afore circumstances, this contempt

case is closed; however, reserving liberty to

the petitioner to seek a rehearing after the

expiry of the afore time, if the directions are

not complied with.
