     PROVISIONS OF INDIAN COMPANIES ACT, 1956), HAVING ITS OFFICE AT 27-
     BKC, C-27, G-BLOCK,BANDRA, KURLA COMPLEX, BANDRA EAST,MUMBAI,
     MAHARASHTRA-40005,HAVING BRANCH OFFICE AT 5TH FLOOR, KM TOWER,
     KAKKAD ROAD, SOUTH BAZAR, KANNUR,REPRESENTED THROUGH ITS AUTHORIZED
     OFFICER, PIN - 670005

     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to post the above case
in the next vacation sitting in the interest of justice.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this court's Final order dated
23.04.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SHRI. RAJEE P MATHEWS,
Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. B.S.SURESH KUMAR & ASHLEY JOHN,
Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                 ORDER

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall

remit an amount of ₹2 lakhs on 30.05.2024 and the balance

overdue amount along with other charges, if any, on or before

15.06.2024.

2. Standing Counsel submits that if remittances are made

as above, the same can be treated as in compliance of the

judgment dated 23.04.2024.

Recording the said submission, the I.A. is disposed of.
