          THRISSUR DISTRICT, PIN :680301.
       2. THE STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED BY THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH
          COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment Criminal
   Appeal No.146 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge,
   Irinjalakuda dated 29/2/2024 arising out of interim maintenance order in
   Crl.MP.3426 of 2022 in MC.45 of 2022 of the Judicial First Class
   Magistrate Court, Irinjalakuda dated 2/5/2023, pending consideration of
   the above revision petition in the interest of justice.


        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.L.BITTO & MITHUL T ANTO, Advocates
   for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the second respondent, the
   Court passed the following:


                                            ORDER

There will be an order of stay as prayed for subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.10,000 per month including all arrears within 15 days from today and continues to deposit at the very same rate on each and every month subsequently.
