                                   ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the revision petitioner fairly submitted

that the delay occasioned comes to 466 days in

preferring this criminal revision petition, for which

the application -Crl.M.A.No.1/2024 was submitted. It is

also submitted that there is no sufficient reason to

interfere with the judgment of conviction and order of

sentence passed by the first appellate court. It is

submitted that three months time may be granted to remit

the fine amount. Hence, both the criminal revision and

the delay condonation application will stand dismissed

in limine. The revision petitioner/accused shall appear

before the trial court within a period of three months

to remit the fine amount and to receive the sentence.

Till that time, no coercive steps shall be taken against

the revision petitioner.
