                            JUDGMENT

Being aggrieved by the denial of approval of appointment of

the petitioner as UPSA in the school managed by the fourth

respondent, the petitioner submitted Ext.P8 revision petition which

is now pending before the first respondent. The limited prayer

sought by the petitioner is for a direction to the first respondent to

dispose of the same within a time frame.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ

petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that, the first respondent shall

take up Ext.P8 and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed in

accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the fourth

respondent. Orders in this regard shall be passed within four months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
