        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings for sale of the property in EP No. 231 of 2016 in
   O.S no. 121 of 2014 on the files of the Principal Sub Court, Ernakulam
   pursuant to Exhibit P11 order and Exhibit P12 proclamation of sale,
   pending disposal of the above Original Petition, in the interests of
   justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   26.3.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.PAUL KURIAKOSE & PAUL P.
