        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the Judgment dated 24/02/2023 in O.P 274/2016 in the file of Family
   Court, till the disposal of the appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   Order dated 14/03/2024, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.HARIPRASAD
   and   ARUN    BABU,    Advocates     for    the   petitioner     and    of
