        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree passed in AS.No.37/2018 dated 17.03.2023 by the
   Court of Subordinate Judge, Kannur, confirming the judgment and decree
   passed by the Court of Munsiff, Kannur in OS.No.168/2015 dated 30.11.2017
   and to pass an ad-interim order to that effect till the disposal of the
   Regular Second Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 12.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SREEHARI,
   HAMZA A.V., RAJESH SUKUMARAN, Advocates for the petitioners and of
   M/S.C.MURALIKRISHNAN, ABRAHAM GEORGE JACOB,RAHEENA P.I.,SHAHNA, Advocates
   for the Respondents, the court passed the following:
