                               JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for consideration, both sides

submit that the direction in the judgment has been complied with.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that an affidavit

has been filed explaining the delay in complying with the direction

within the time limit granted by this Court, and seeking for

dispensation of personal appearance of the respondent which is

ordered as per order dated 12.04.2024.

3. After going through the affidavit and the submission made

by the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispense with

the personal appearance of the respondent since the directions have

been complied with.

Accordingly, the above contempt of Court case is closed.
