     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operations
of judgment in OP NO.975/2019 dated 28.11.2023 on the files of Family
Court, Palakkad, pending disposal of the above appeal.

and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
