     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant extension of
time up to 27.03.2024 for the payment of the Rs.1 lakh and entire arrears
to remit the regular installments, may be pleased to pass any other order/
orders deemed fit, appropriate and proper in the circumstances of the
case, as otherwise, the petitioner will be put to suffer severe hardships,
injury and loss.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this court's Final order dated
20.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SHRI.RESMI NANDANAN, Advocate
for the petitioner and of SHRI. VARGHESE C.KURIAKOSE, Advocate for the
respondents, the court passed the following:

                               ORDER

The petitioner seeks extension of time to comply with the order dated

20/03/2024. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Bank that the

possession of the property will be taken on 08/05/2024. Hence, the petitioner

is granted time till 07/05/2024 to pay Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only)

ordered to be remitted in the judgment mentioned above.
