                            JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with the following

reliefs:

"i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other writ, direction or orders quashing Exhibit P2 order passed by the 1st respondent.

ii. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other writ, direction or orders directing the 1st respondent to reconsider Exhibit P2 after considering the Ext P3.

iii. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other writ, direction or orders commanding the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P4 representation of the petitioner iv. Issue any such other Writ, Direction or Orders, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."[SIC]

2. This Writ petition is pending before this

Court from 2013 onwards. There is no interim order

passed in this case. Probably the prayers in this Writ

petition might have been infructuous. Hence this

Writ petition need not be retained here.

Therefore, this Writ petition is closed.
