Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to file a report regarding the
lie and nature of the neighbouring lands of the land owned by the
petitioner covered by Ext P1 land tax receipt, pending disposal of the
writ Petition (Civil).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
21-12-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.K.SOYUZ &
