            AND ANOTHER

        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings to the Execution Petition Exhibit P1, so also the
   warrant of attachement Exhibit P5, pending disposal of this original
   petition.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   12.02.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. P.C.SASIDHARAN, Advocate
   for the petitioners and of M/S P.N. MOHANAN, C.P. SABARI, AMRUTHA SURESH &
   GILROY ROZARIO, Advocates for the respondent 1 and Standing Counsel for
   R2, the court passed the following:
