        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim direction commanding the 1st respondent to
   reconsider the application for renewal of exhibit p1 permit submitted by
   the appellant on the modified route Palakkad-Pattambi on merits and pass
   orders in accordance with law in compliance with Exhibit P5 judgment of
   the state transport appellate tribunal subject to final disposal of WA No:
   146 of 2021 and WA No: 156 of 2021 pending before this honorable court,
   pending disposal of the writ petition.
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S. RILGIN V.GEORGE, K.T.RAVEENDRAN & AKSHARA K.P., Advocates for the
