affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
of 292 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

3. After appreciating the reasons stated in the affidavit filed for

condoning the delay, we are convinced that the affidavit discloses

sufficient cause for condoning the delay in filing the appeal. Hence,

the application is ordered.
