        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   limit prescribed in the judgment dated 09.02.2024 in WP(C)No.5252/2024 for
   a further period of one month time from 21.05.2024


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
   dated 09.02.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
   Petitioners 1 to 3 in I.A./Respondents 1 to 3 in WP(C) and of
   SRI.C.M.MOHAMMED IQUABAL, Advocate for Respondent 1 in I.A./Petitioner 1
   in WP(C), the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

After going through the averments in the affidavits. I think the time extension petition can be allowed. Therefore, the time to comply with the direction as per the judgment dated 09.02.2024 in WP(C)No.5252/2024 is extended for a further period of one month from 21.05.2024.
