                          JUDGMENT

Dated this the 10th day of June, 2024

The petitioner, who has availed a financial

assistance from the respondent-Bank and against whom the

Bank initiated proceedings for sale of the secured asset, has

filed this writ petition seeking to set aside Ext.P1 e-auction

sale notice.

2. When this writ petition came up for hearing today,

the Standing Counsel submitted that the sale scheduled to

be held today will not be materialised as there are no willing

bidders. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 representation.

The Bank will consider that representation, take a decision

thereon and communicate the decision to the petitioner

within two weeks.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is

disposed of.
