        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extent the time
   limit prescribed in the Judgment dated 01.12.2023 in Crl.MC 4796/2023 by a
   further period of 4 months from 04.04.2024.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   Final order dated 01/12/2023 in Crl.M.C.No.4796/2023 and upon hearing the
   arguments of the Public Prosecutor for the petitioner/respondent in crl
   mc, M/S.U.K.DEVIDAS, S.K.SREELAKSHMY, Advocates for the respondent in this
   petition, the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

After going through the affidavit filed along with this writ petition, I think, the time can be extended. Therefore, the time limit prescribed by this court in Crl.M.C No.4796/2023 is extended for a further period of four months from 04/04/2024.
