        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the conviction and sentence imposed on
   the applicant in the Judgment dated 30th October, 2023 by the Court of the
   Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Pathanamthitta, in Criminal
   Revision Petition No.2/2022 and the Judgment dated 16th June,2020 of the
   Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Thiruvalla, in
   S.T.No-6246/2016, during the pendency of the above Criminal Revision
   Petition.
        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.JAMALUDHEEN, LATHA PRABHAKARAN,
   SAINA MARIYAM BABY, KOSHY GEORGE, NITHIN SUNNY ALEX & M.K.NITHIN,
   Advocates for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the second
   respondent, the Court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

The sentence on the revision petititoner will stand suspended on executing a bond Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned trial magistrate and also on deposit of 20% of the respective cheque amount within one month from today.
