JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to
respondent Nos.3 and 4 to take necessary steps on Ext.P4
application submitted by the her in Form No.8 for survey and
measurement of her property within a time limit to be fixed by this
Court.
2. It is averred that the petitioner is the proprietrix of 'Iris
Valley Solutions' and the firm is having a property having an extent
of 40 cents of land in Agali Village, Mannarkkad Taluk which has
been purchased by her as per Exts.P1 to P3 documents. Thereafter

4. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the
writ petition with a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to finalise the
proceedings requested in Ext.P4, at the earliest, at any rate within
an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of
this judgment with notice to the petitioner and any other affected
