Today when the matter is taken up, learned Counsel for the

appellant would state that, pursuant to the order dated 11.04.2024,

passed by a Division Bench of this Court and the action taken

subsequent thereto, nothing survives in this appeal and therefore,

may be granted permission for withdrawing this appeal.

Permission granted and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that it would be open for the appellant to raise all

contentions before the jurisdictional court/authority.
