        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
   of 79 days in preferring this appeal against the judgment dated 29.07.2023
   in OP(others) No.22 of 2017 on the files of the Honourable Family court,
   Kollam in the interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
