   Decree) in O.S No. 14 of 2000 of the Sub Court, Cherthala, peding disposal
   of the Original Petition (Civil).
        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   19.2.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. A.R.GANGADAS, Advocate
