   the operation of Exhibit P9 order made in EP No. 138/2003 in O.S No.
   98/2001 by the Sub Court, Alappuzha, pending disposal of the above
   Original Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and ths court's order dated
   08.02.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.HARIHARAN, PRAVEEN.H.,
