     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay the operation and implementation of judgment dated 20.10.2022 in
WP(C) No.35949/2010, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.
     This Writ Appeal coming on for orders on 20/02/2024 upon perusing
the appeal memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                ORDER

A.Muhamed Mustaque, J.

The Manager and the Teacher shall appear before the

Director, Higher Secondary Education on 07.03.2024 at 11

am. Thereafter, the Director shall pass appropriate orders

after hearing them, taking note of the fact that teacher is

drawing salary since 2008 onwards. The Manager is also

restrained from making further appointment in the post of

Librarian.

The contempt proceedings are stayed in view of the

above orders.
