The above application is filed seeking extension of time to vacate

the premises pursuant to the directions in the judgment dated

07.07.2023 in R.C.Rev.No.115 of 2023. The learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that pursuant to the time granted by the Hon'ble

Supreme Court till 31.07.2024, he has filed an undertaking before this

Court and a memo to that effect has been filed before the Trial Court as

well. This is recorded, and the above I.A. is closed.
