        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation and implementation of the judgment in W.P.(C)
   No.12041/2010 dated 1-8-2016 pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.

        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 20/02/2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum, and this Court's order dated 08/11/2019,
   the Court on the same day passed the following:

                                       ORDER

Special messenger had been taken to serve the respondent. Messenger returned with the report that "National Co-operative Consumers Federation of India Ltd." was closed since one year and shifted to Chennai.

Counsel for the appellant seeks time to take fresh steps to serve the respondent by giving new address.

Let the needful be done within a period of two weeks. In case of failure to do the needful the Writ Appeal will be dismissed for not taking the effective steps.
