ORDER
In the statement filed by the learned Government Pleader, it is stated
that the Headmaster concerned has submitted the arrear bill and the amount
has been credited to the accounts of the petitioners. All that remains is the
revision of the pension. It is stated that the proposal with regard to the same
has been forwarded to the Accountant General. It is stated that as and when
approval is received, the revised pensionary benefits shall be disbursed to the
petitioners directly from the Treasury.
2. It does not appear that the directions in the judgment have been
complied with in its letter and spirit as the benefits are yet to be received by
the petitioners.
3. The respondents shall ensure that the amounts due are disbursed
to the petitioners without delay.
