        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim order directing the respondents 1 to 4 to
   grant fixation of pay to the petitioner on the basis Ext.P-26 approval of
   appointment granted to her at the appropriate stage in the revised scale
   of pay Rs.4600-7125 and grant her all consequential benefits, pending
   disposal of the Writ Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   17.03.2016 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ELVIN PETER
   P.J., K.R.GANESH & T.G.SUNIL, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondents 1 to 4, the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

Petitioner shall take steps either to delete the 5th respondent or to serve notice to the 5th respondent.

If steps are not taken within two weeks, the Registry shall post this case in the defect list after two weeks.

The learned Government Pleader to get instructions as to whether the point raised by the petitioner is covered by Exhibit P24 judgment.

Post on 19.02.2024.
