                              JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed with the

following prayers:

"i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Exhibit P-2 application submitted by the petitioner for the grant of regular permit in respect of stage carriage KL-10-AB-7235 in the surrendered vacancy of stage carriage KL-09-X-8877 to operate on the route Chemmanampathy -

Palakkad within a reasonable time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

ii) grant such other reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case."

2. The petitioner's application for regular

permit in Ext.P2 is directed to be considered by the 1 st

respondent, within a period of three months, in accordance

with law.

In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
