                             ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice of the

respondent has been declared as served. There is no appearance

for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is the wife of the respondent and the

respondent is the husband.

3. This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner

to transfer O.P.No.774 of 2023 pending before the Family Court,

Kottarakkara, to the Family Court, Kollam to be tried along with

O.P.No.233 of 2019, which is also pending before the Family

Court, Kollam.

4. O.P.No. 233 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner

against the husband and mother-in-law for return of gold

ornaments and money before the Family Court, Kollam. O.P.No.

774 of 2023 has been filed by the respondent against the

petitioner for recovery of money before the Family Court, TR.P(C) NO. 16 OF 2024

Kottarakkara. Since both cases are connected, it is just and

proper that they are tried and disposed of by the very same

Family Court. The petitioner is at present residing at Kollam.

Hence, this Transfer Petition is allowed. O.P.No.774 of

2023 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara is

withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Kollam to try along

with O.P.No. 233 of 2019.
