                               JUDGMENT

Petitioner seeks for a direction for expediting the

investigation into Crime No.302/2022 of Kalamassery Police

Station.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions

submitted that the investigation had already been completed and

the final report submitted to the jurisdictional Magistrate.

However, since certain defects were noticed, the final report has

been returned, and the same will be resubmitted after curing the

defects without undue delay.

3. The said submission is recorded. In view of the above

submission, no directions are necessary in this original petition.

Accordingly, this original petition is closed.
