   complying with the directions of this Hon'ble Court with Judgment dated
   15-01-2024 in Criminal R.P.No.240/2022 by extending the time, accordingly
   in the interest of justice.
        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's final order
   dated 15.01.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BRIJESH N.B.,

Time to deposit the fine amount as ordered by this court on 15.01.2024 in Crl.R.P.No.240/2022 is extended for a further period of one month from today.
