        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of decree and judgment in AS.No.53 of 2015 in the Court of Sub
   Judge,Neyyattinkara and thereby the operation of the Trial Court decree in
   OS.No.1106 of 2012 in the Court of the Additional Munsiff-II,
   Neyyattinkara be revived, till the disposal of this appeal.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.GEORGE VARGHESE (PERUMPALLIKUTTIYIL), MANU SRINATH, NIMESH THOMAS,
   LIJO JOHN THAMPY, SAURAV VINOD, Advocates for the petitioner, the court
   passed the following:

                                         ORDER

There will be an interim stay as prayed for, for a period of six weeks.
