        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to give a direction to the 1st respondent to see that respondents
   2 to 4 do not cause any kind of obstruction to the construction of the
   fencing along the western boundary of the 1st petitioner's property
   identified as 'po' in Ext. P-2 survey plan, pending disposal of this writ
   petition (civil).
