        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the (common) judgment dated 30.3.2023 in RCA
   No.95/2016 of the Rent Contro Appelate authoirty arising from RCP
   No.81/20111 of the Rent Control Court, Chavakkad, pending consideration of
   this revision.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 22-03-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.RAJIT,
   Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

Interim order will stand extended by two months.
