When this writ petition came up for consideration on

06.08.2017, this Court passed the following order:

"Despite the order of this Court dated 24.03.2017, no process was paid to serve notice on the respondent.

Today, when the case is taken up for consideration, submission is made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is relinquishing vakalath.

Post next week."

2. Even now the process is not paid for sending notice

to the respondent. There is no representation also for the

petitioner. In such circumstances, this writ petition need not

be retained here.

This writ petition is closed.
