     Review Petition praying that in the circumstances stated in the
    affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
    of the judgment dated 13.3.2024 in Writ Appeal No. 188 of 2024 of this
    Honourable Court and all further directions in giving promotion ignoring
    the seniority of the Review Petitioner, pending disposal of the Review
    Petition.

    This Review Petition coming on for orders on 5/4/2024 upon perusing
    the Review Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and
    judgment dated 13/3/2024 in W.A No.188/2024 and upon hearing the
