          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
   filed therewith the High Court be pleased to recall the order dated
   05-12-2023 of dismissing the above WP(C) for default and to decide the matter
   on merits upon restoring the same into the file of this Hon'ble Court in the
   interest of justice.

         This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and
   the affidavit filed in support of MJC and the Judgment dated 05.12.2023 in
   WP(C) 24417/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of PRABHA JOSE, Advocate for
   the petitioner in MJC/WP(C), GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 to R4 in MJC/WP(C) and
   of M/S. V. SETHUNATH, V.R. MANORANJAN, THOMAS ABRAHAM & OBEID ABDUL MAJEED,
   Advocates for R5 to R8 in MJC/WP(C), the court on the same day passed the
   following:-

                                         ORDER

Having considered the averments in the affidavit filed in support of this MJC, I am of the view that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause warranting restoration of the Writ Petition.

This MJC is, therefore, allowed and the Writ Petition is restored for further hearing.

The Registry is directed to list the Writ Petition as per roster.
