   Exhibit P7 common order dated 11.09.2020 in I.A. No.2 of 2020 and I.A.
   No.11 of 2020 in O.S. No.234 of 2020 on the file of Munsiff's Court,
   Kuthuparamba and Exhibit P10 common judgment dated 19.11.2020 in C.M.A
   No.18 of 2020 and C.M.A No.19 of 2020 on the file of Additional Sub Court,
   Thalassery, pending disposal of this original petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   24.7.2023 upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SURENDRAN & S.MAYUKHA,
   Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.V.T.MADHAVANUNNI & V.A.SATHEESH,
   Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the following:
