        Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to keep in abeyance further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P3
   notice issued by the 3rd respondent till the disposal of this Writ
   Petition.


        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

On consideration of pleadings and materials on

record and taking note of Ext.P6 judgment passed by

this Court, I am satisfied that the petitioner is entitled

for a conditional interim order. Hence, I stay the

operation of Ext.P3 notice for a period of one month

subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits

30% of the demanded amount within a period of one

month from today.
