      KERALA, ERNAKULAM, PIN - 682031.


     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail by suspending the
execution of sentence in connection with judgment dated 17.04.2023 in
S.C.No.769/2018 in the Special Court for Atrocities against Women and
Children [Addl. Sessions Court - I], Kasaragod in the interests of
jusitce, pending disposal of the above criminal appeal.

     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of SHRI R.KRISHNAKUMAR (CHERTHALA),
Advocates for the petitioner and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for respondents,
the court passed the following:

Crl.M.A No.1/2023

Execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner in SC

No.769/2018 of the Special Court for Atrocities against Women

and Children (Additional Sessions Court-I), Kasargod, shall stand

suspended on condition that the petitioner executes a bond for

Rs.50,000/- with two solvent sureties for the like sum to the

satisfaction of the Trial Court and on remittance of Rs.25,000/-

towards the fine imposed on the petitioner within a period of one

month.
