     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay the judgment dated 26.07.2022 in W.P(C) NO.14015/2021 passed by
learned single Judge, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.

     This Writ Appeal again coming for orders on 12.05.2023 upon perusing
the appeal memorandum and this court's order dated 1/12/2022, court on the
same day passed the following:

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the

appellant is aggrieved in the matter of non-filing of the report as per the

interim order passed by this Court. It is submitted by the learned

Government Pleader that the report is on preparation and the report can

be filed within a period of ten days. Therefore, file report at the earliest,

positively on or before 22.05.2023.

Post this matter for hearing along with the report on 22.05.2023

in the priority list.
