        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the first respondent to provide adequate police
   protection to the petitioner and to his vehicles to operate through
   Ozhakalapthy Road (Ozhakkalapathy to Menonpara) and Velanthavalam -
   Parissakkal Road without any obstructions fromt the respondents 2 to 4, as
   granted in Exhibit P5 judgment pending disposal of the writ petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.DEEPU THANKAN, UMMUL FIDA, LAKSHMI SREEDHAR, LEKSHMI P. NAIR & NAMITHA
   K.M., Advocates for the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the
   respondent 1, the court passed the following:


                                           ORDER

Admit. Learned Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. Issue notice by Special Messenger to respondents 2 and 3.

Post on 12.05.2023.

In the meantime, the 1st respondent Station House Officer shall ensure that law and order is maintained in the locality.
