                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner states that he had submitted Ext.P4

application with necessary documents before the 2 nd respondent

for granting permit to remove earth for construction of his

residential building. The grievance of the petitioner is that the

2nd respondent has not considered the said application. There

will be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider Ext.P4 and

pass orders in accordance with law within a period of three

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. Writ

petition is disposed of.
