                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the registered owner of a

stage carriage bearing No.KL-08/AB 5543. The

petitioner submitted Ext.P3 application for renewal

of permit. It is submitted by the learned counsel for

the petitioner that the said application was heard by

the respondent pursuant to Ext.P6 notice. However

no orders are so far passed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Since it is submitted by the learned counsel for

the petitioner that the petitioner was heard

pursuant to Ext.P6 on Ext.P3 application, there will

be a direction to the respondent to pass appropriate

orders on Ext.P3 application taking note of Exts.P4 WP(C).No.14436 OF 2023

to P7, within a period of two weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above

direction.
