JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the
following reliefs:-
"i. To call for the records relating to Exhibit P2 from the respondent bank, scrutinize and quash the same.
ii. pass such other orders, interlocutory or otherwise, which are deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice; and.
iii. Allow this Writ Petition with costs."
2. However, today when the matter was taken up, learned
counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire amount was
paid to the respondent Bank and the gold is released to the
petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition has virtually become
infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
