                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a

limited relief. He prays that Ext.P2 application filed by him

before the second respondent for effecting mutation and

acceptance of land tax from the petitioner be considered and

disposed of within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Senior Government Pleader

submits that there is no objection in such a direction being

issued.

Accordingly, this writ petition will stand disposed of,

directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders

on Ext.P2, within a period of three months from the date of

receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Since Ext.P2 is

submitted before the first respondent, the petitioner shall

produce a copy of this writ petition and a copy of this judgment

before the second respondent for compliance.
